Working on your own development
Sometimes working on your own development can be a lonely and rather frustrating process particularly if you have exhausted the usual routes of coaching and conventional development programmes. You may be looking for someone who can notice your developmental edges, help you with the stuck parts of your meaning making and offer friendly provocation as you explore your own internal possibilities.
Working on your practice
As a developmental professional, OD practitioner or coach you may sometimes come up against client situations which feel beyond your own scope or which trigger your own ‘stuff’. You might value the occasional conversation to explore the relational aspects of your practice with an experienced practitioner who can bring to bear decades of practice and theory development.
Bespoke content and development programs
If you are designing or leading client programmes in the ‘Vertical Development’ space you may be still finding your way in creating experiences which genuinely provoke new meaning making. You might need help with designing an overall narrative, hints on stimulating material or ideas for particular practices to help your clients.
My Practice
I have been working with clients and consultants on the development of their meaning making and their systemic and relational understanding for the past 30 years. I am co-author of two books in the field.
